These terms apply to every visit to the Research Supply Store website and every order placed with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or order from us.

Research Use Only
All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only (RUO). They are not intended for human or veterinary use, or for the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any condition. By ordering, you confirm that products will be used only for lawful research purposes. See our RUO Policy for details.
Product Information
We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, images and prices accurate, but we can't guarantee the site is free of errors. We may correct any error at any time, including after an order has been placed. If a pricing error affects your order, we'll contact you and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Pricing And Availability
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and may change without notice. We may change, discontinue or limit any product, limit order quantities, or refuse service at our discretion.
Orders And Payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched. Orders paid before 12pm AWST on a business day are dispatched the same day; later orders are dispatched the next business day. During sale periods, processing may take up to one extra business day.
Shipping And Delivery
Australian orders are sent by Australia Post Express Post with tracking, and usually arrive within 1 to 4 business days of dispatch. Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in the carrier's hands. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit through no fault of yours, we'll assess it and, where appropriate, reship it. If an order is delayed by more than 10 business days for reasons outside our control, we'll email you and offer a refund. Full details are on our Dispatch & Deliveries page.
International Orders
You are responsible for checking that products can be legally imported into your country. We aren't responsible for customs delays, seizures, holds, duties or taxes, and we can't reship or refund orders that are seized by customs.
Returns And Refunds
Because of the nature of our products, we don't accept change-of-mind returns or refunds. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll work with you to put it right. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Limitation Of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Research Supply Store is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the purchase, handling or use of our products. You agree to indemnify Research Supply Store against any claims arising from your use or misuse of products purchased from us.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and illustrations, belongs to Research Supply Store and may not be copied or reproduced without our written permission.
Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when they're posted on this page, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
