Processing And Dispatch
- Orders paid before 12pm AWST on a business day ship the same day by Australia Post Express Post.
- Orders paid after 12pm AWST ship the next business day.
- Every order is sent with a tracking number.
- During sale periods, processing may take up to one extra business day.
Shipping Within Australia
All Australian orders are sent by Australia Post Express Post and usually arrive within 1 to 4 business days of dispatch. We ship from Western Australia, so regional and remote areas may take an extra day.

Tracking Your Order
Use your tracking number on the Australia Post website. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to update after dispatch. Once your parcel shows as in transit, it's with Australia Post and they handle all further delivery updates.
International Shipping

Delivery Issues
- Shows delivered but not received: check with your local Post Office first, as parcels are sometimes held there.
- Not showing as delivered: lodge a missing item enquiry with Australia Post.
We aren't responsible for items lost or damaged by Australia Post, but where the issue isn't your fault we'll assess it and reship where appropriate. Email [email protected] with your order number.
Returns And Refunds
Because of the nature of our products, we don't accept change-of-mind returns or refunds. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll put it right. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
